Unlock Yourself And Your Life
How To Become the Version of Yourself You Want To Be
If:
- The person you're living as right now is not who you really are
- You play a role, pretend to be someone you're not, but also don't know how to do anything differently
- You loathe the life you are living and feel disconnected from it
- You have never felt that you've tapped into your latent potential
- You know you think differently and that it's a barrier, but you could pass it if you knew how
- You're drawn to addictive, counterproductive behaviour (relationships with the wrong people, drink and eat too much), and don't know how to regain control
Then your true self is indeed locked away, and you are in an unsustainable situation.
Undoubtedly you are silent and feel nonexistent, living within a lot of confusion and pain for a long time. Acutely alone and misunderstood, you have been desperate to bring your true life into being, and you have tried everything to no avail. You know you belong in a better reality, but you don't know how to create it.
This can happen when you have lost connection to who you are, but see your life as the problem. You work and work at trying to solve something that is a symptom, not the cause. If your mind works differently, yet you try to follow the normal path of most, even if your life were the problem, changing it wouldn't be an effective approach.
To have the life you want all you need to know is:
- who you are
- what you want, and
- who and what you need to be to get it
That alone can bring your life about.
If you've survived living in these bad circumstances, you have the essentials of a strong body and a smart mind. You can be assured that you have the ability. You just need to trust that you are capable of creating the life you want.
You need to understand who you are and how you work, and learn how to present that to the world to become who you are, not the other way round. Don't go against your individual mind, thinking that you can force yourself into the usual way of doing things and that will get you to where you want to be. You're detached from yourself and riddled with insecurities, but you're looking outside yourself for repair and instruction. It's not out there. It's within you. You just need to find out who you are.
To bring who you are into reality, first you'll need to connect with her, and then engage with your potential. This can be hard if you've never been yourself, because you don't know her or how to even find out who she is.
You know your own fine form, but you're locked within a woman and life that is not your own. You know deep down beneath it all who you should be, but not how to access and become that person. You want your life to start but don't know how to get there.
If you feel locked out of your own life, you need to learn how to tap into your potential. That's the key. Don't keep hopelessly searching for a way out. The answer is quick and easy.
The Betty Better Believe It Formula will help you to unlock your true reality.
Become a better version of yourself and formulate a life you want. The information you need to create this reality is all within you. You just need to know how to unlock it and find out who you are, what you want, and how to get it.
To get what you want is surprisingly simple. Don't think it's hard because you've been looking in the wrong place to no avail. You just need to know how to become that better version of yourself. Bring your best self and capabilities forward, while being clear on what you can do and what you have to offer the world in exchange for the life you want.
Take your real self and what you're good at and put them in their ultimate form. Learn how to make yourself a niche in the world, don't look for something you fit. If you've got an edge to you, you don't want to lose the life you could and should have because you ruined it. To circumvent sabotaging likings, you'll also get in control of your thinking, behaviour, and decisions.
Go from not knowing how to become your real self to engaging with and producing her. All you need is to recognise that you're smart and capable, and then put these qualities into practice. Put yourself into full operation by believing you can hold your own and perform in the world. That's what's missing.
If you've never benefitted from who you are, think about why that could be. You didn't know what to do about being different, so you looked toward others to tell you how to exist: styling yourself based on the appearances of others, copying how other people do things, and trying to achieve goals via the same traditional trajectory. You did all this with knowledge and perception gleaned from the outside.
When you're different from the mainstream, you experience acute misunderstanding, both from yourself and others. When you don't know how you work, you create a lot of confusion, end up feeling lost and alone, and have almost nothing to work with. It's clear that you're living a painful, empty life, and feeling broken. What isn't clear is a path to living in a way that's really you.
Know that no matter how much you hurt, you're not broken. To reverse your current patterns, you just need to unlock your potential, know how to use it, and start engaging the life you want. You can turn your life around and discover the woman you are if you turn your attention toward her.
Define and refine who and what you are, what you want, and who and what you need to be to get it. Understand what is keeping you locked in, why you do what you do, and hone in on how to become the version of yourself that holds the life you want.
How can you do this?
You are already smart enough to become the woman you should be. However, she's eluding you, and so you're not living that life. You must find yourself so you can enact your reality. You fully know what you're capable of, but you lose hold of those very abilities that can provide your life. You have utmost belief in yourself, except that you don't trust that she can become your reality. You doubt that she'll hold up and perform in real life. We will tap into that belief, strengthen it, and bring it all the way into your life, removing those doubts.
Perhaps you feel that all you've ever done is try to find yourself and your life. You doubt someone else can help. I did myself for decades. I even doubted my own self-belief, and then I realised it was the only ingredient missing. If we know we have the essentials, a smart body and mind, we have the abilities we need. We just need to trust in those abilities and use them in exchange for the life we want.
There are five steps in this process:
- Bring Yourself Back
- Elicit Self-Belief
- Tame Your Self-Sabotage
- Take What You Want
- You In Ultimate Form
Making yourself your reality just takes self-belief and know-how. Here's how these five steps get you there:
When you 'Bring Yourself Back' you will find yourself and return her to active existence. Uncover what you're like, what you want, and how to do it. You pretty much can't do anything until you do this.
Knowing who you should be is one thing, but if you can't see yourself being her in real-life you have a huge problem. See this problem for what it is: stage-fright to the nth degree. To deal with this, 'Elicit Self-Belief' will extend your trust in yourself so you can let her (you) live the life you want.
You don't want to lose the life you could have because you've ruined it. Addictiveness and feeling flawed will do that. 'Tame Your Self-Sabotage' will get you informed and working for yourself instead of against yourself. Control your life. Choose everything you do and think in a way that supports, instead of tearing yourself down.
If what you want is available in the world, physically appropriate for you, and other people can get it (proving that it's possible), but you can't seem to get it, the barrier is with you. You just believe it's impossible for you to have. 'Take What You Want' brings down those barriers and opens you up to receiving what you want in life.
If you don't have the life you want, it's not because of anything you're doing, it's simply the version of you that you're being. We think we can get the life we want through our actions, so we try to change them, but it's ineffective if we're merely duplicating the actions of others without knowing ourselves. The individual is the central aspect. Our mind and body alone can trap us in dissatisfaction and struggle. To architect your life, you need to become a better version of yourself. Take yourself (mind and body) and what you're good at (skills and capabilities), and become 'You in Ultimate Form' in order to achieve the life you want.
