1. How does your process work?
To help you understand my process, let me explain the premise it rests on.
In my view, we all have an ample supply of self-belief. But in some of us it's overwhelmingly negative, to the point that our entire person and life become undone and break away. We can unintentionally decide that who we are won't 'work', so we start to pretend to be someone we're not. Slowly this balance tips the wrong way, and essentially we lose ourselves. We still know and feel who and what we can be, but not how to reach her. The result is a women who's far from who and where she should be; a person with latent potential inside her that she can't enact and use.
My belief is that she's turned from who she is and failing to engage and bring about her life because it lacks a genuine person (i.e. the 'real' her) in it. This only reinforces and perpetuates the stream of negative beliefs that put her in this position. She wants to be who and what she really is and living the life she belongs to, but can't. She is a pure example of a moth to a flame. She can see it - who and what she, bolded to emphasise the two different people, who she is and who she's being, is is real and possible - but there's a barrier she cannot pass.
My process helps to break down that barrier and move that unreal woman to who she really is. It helps explain how she can become who and what she wants. It basically restores her self-belief so that it is fair and accurately represents her capability. There's no great secret to the life you want. It's actually easy. You just need to like and be the woman in it so you know and back yourself. Your life follows and adjusts to the person you are, so we sharper that up.
From beginning to end, regardless if the strategy we use, you'll learn to become who you are, how you 'work', and who and what you need to be to get what you want. You will have something unique about you, that you can take out into the world, and etch yourself a greater position. We find, define, and refine it. That's your collateral and currency in the world.
2. What is the process?
It's all about unlocking yourself. You know you are smart enough to become the woman you can and should be, but it seems unlikely someone's process can apply. Belief is the key but so is knowing how to trust the belief. Misunderstanding who we are, what makes us different, and mistrust in out ability to follow our belief faltered and we lost it. I believe the way out is to reconnect that belief, reorientate towards it, and solidify it.
That's the intention of the process. Make the belief in who and what you can be the central force in our life. Usable energy. It's not that it's absent: you know what you're capable of, but you lost hold of it and didn't think it would stand up in the real world.
The process cements your belief in layers. The overarching belief is in who you innately are and her ability to hold her own in the world. We gradually phase out reliance on who you're being, the character you pretend to be and replace her with you. Then we set up what you need to do to succeed in the world by covering your decisions and thinking and what you contend. That's it, purely information to strengthen your position, unlock how you 'work'.
3. What are the strategies?
They are:
And they lay out the stages you go through as you become the woman you can and should be. To do so, there are five areas to grasp and the strategies cover one each. Layer upon layer, they give you belief and power to eventuate. Access to: who you are, what you want, and how to get it. Essentially, you link up and become yourself.
Bring Yourself Back starts at the top. The most important person here is you, so we reach her, attune, make one and the same. Know who you are and what you're about.
Then, as you clearly define and decide who you will be you'll lessen the need to be who you're not. Strategically, we phase her out to bring who you are into the fore.
You become what you think is true about yourself. So, correct and tighten that to become that better version of yourself. In form, self-belief is ample fuel to sustain you and uphold what you do. But you've got to make sure it's correct and conducive. You are in charge of what you do. Abstinence is never the answer, it's about control.
Tune Your Talk makes your belief accessible and usable. At the moment it exists but separate to your life, intangible. We need it active, at hand, and accurate. It's going to run nonstop in your head anyway, so sharpen it your way.
The final step focuses in on who you are and closes the gap. Crystalise your picture of yourself so you have explicit direction of what you, as your true self, does, looks like, and wants. Conversely you know just as accurately what not to do, what's not in line with who you are (equally important).
4. How do you work with clients?
I work face-to-face, remotely, and only within the frame of my strategies. I abhor the current life-coaching model, and offer nothing like it. From the idea that changing your life is an effective approach to being who and what you want, and that strong goals, tools, and resources are enough to do it, to one adult being in the position to hold another accountable. You are not simplistic or 16 years old, and being treated like you are, or buying into trendy rhetoric that sells will not get you the life you want. I won't talk much about your past, a diagnosed condition, or your perceived limitations. I want to look at what you can do, not what you can't.
I work with women who can't connect with who they are and feel locked out. What I will do is move you closer to who you are and show you how the person you yearn to be will lead you to your (her) life. Fixing your relationships with yourself and identifying how you work will solve your main problems.
5. How much does coaching cost?
The cost of coaching depends on how you engage my services. You can find my prices here.
I understand that it's a lot of money, and that you will have many areas to finance. When funds are short, the stress exacerbates your many problems, and that using the little money you have for something new - something that does not come with a guarantee - is hard. Of course, you can find it difficult to justify spending money on coaching for yourself when your children are flashing front and centre in your mind.
If the cost is holding you back, please consider a few points:
If you have any questions at all about cost, please contact me, But be aware that I don't provide free consultations or negotiate prices, regardless of anyone's personal circumstances or financial situation.
6. How long does coaching take?
Most clients find that with a couple of months of one-on-one they can identify who they are, what they want, and who and what they need to be to get it. The strategies each do it differently, but have the same intention, to get you front and centre and into your life. They are purely information and that's quick to relay. So even just one will give you what you need to control that aspect and move closer.
To gain momentum initially I suggest fortnightly appointments for at least a month, ideally two. This is enough time to cover the strategy and how it relates to you and how to work it. Nearly all clients do every strategy in the order of 1-5. Some entirely with me, some, with a grasp of the concepts and content, try the later strategies on their own online. And some take breaks between strategies and then return to work together.
7. How do I get started?
If you want to be who you are, start by selecting one of the three coaching options.
I will then contact you to introduce myself, say hello, and ask you about yourself. We will arrange a time for your first session, and I will send you a Welcome Questionnaire for you to complete and email back to me. The questionnaire gives me a sense of where you are now, how you're feeling, and what we'll need to deal with first. It also helps me decide which pieces and parts most apply to who you are and where you're stuck. If we are meeting via Zoom, a few days before our session I will send you the link.
8. I've tried getting help before but it's been a waste of time. There hasn't been understanding of what I felt or needed. Part of me doubts you'll get it?
This is precisely why I put up so much material. My main messages and what I offer are said in a number of different ways to try and prevent a mismatch. Go back through my work and what I offer, what it relates to and speaks of. Either you can identify and insert yourself into it or you can't. If the doubt is deep-seated don't go straight to coaching. The information in the e-book is priceless (and enough).
But, if something is drawing you to the coaching and you're still unsure, please get in touch, either email or call. I would hate for you to be sitting there curled up within yourself, struggling, and not knowing how to connect. I remember it well. I also know that it's actually very easy to reverse. You already have what you need to do it, you just need the how.
9. Do you have a coaching contract?
Yes, and you will receive it along with my Terms and Conditions in the Welcome Questionnaire. This is to protect you as well. You will receive copies to read and discuss with me before we begin our sessions. It outlines my responsibility to you and your commitment to the coaching and covers info such as how we connect (Zoom/phone) and all the finer details. It's you responsibility to ensure this agreement is signed and returned to me before out first session. I have clear rules but can be flexible with clients I respect and admire. It's not about charisma, your personality, or how fun our sessions are. It's about how committed you are to becoming who you are.
The rules:
I work by Zoom (preferably), FaceTime, or phone.

Of course, you can find it difficult to justify spending money on coaching for yourself when your children are flashing front and centre in your mind.
If the cost is holding you back, please consider a few points:
- I am not offering the exact service you need. The results I give and what you're desperate for may not correlate with each other. That's fine. Don't put money into something unimportant. You must identify with the "lock" I speak of. You must see and feel the divide between who you are and who you're being. And you must see and feel the pressure of holding inside the person and potential you want to unleash, become, and engage.
- My coaching is designed as a short-term engagement. You do not need 20 sessions to do this. My aim, after just a few meetings, is to equip you with the skills and confidence to use the strategies yourself, if that is your preference. If we work well together, I will continue to do so, but the very subject is you. You must connect, align, and become who you are. These strategies become yours.
- Clients decide on coaching when the pain and containment within a life they feel foreign and remote to peaks at a certain level. It's about reversing that and reaching who and what they are, not several hundred dollars.
- And finally, my information is freely available. I don't hold anything back for private clients. It's all up in my YouTube channel, blog, PDFs, and e-book. The catch, of course, is that I know the material. It's all mine. I know which pieces and parts to apply, and how. I know this saves time, prevents the heartache of dead ends and the frustrating trial and error of trying to work with something you didn't develope. It's also lonely. My clients don't come with confidence and a lifetime of wins, so their connection as someone guides and cheers them through the process is heartfelt.
If you have any questions at all about cost, please contact me, But be aware that I don't provide free consultations or negotiate prices, regardless of anyone's personal circumstances or financial situation.
